AdaptX and AWS will bring the voice of customer Seattle Children’s to educate CHIME members on how they leveraged EMR data using PDSA cycles, Statistical Process Controls (SPC) charts, and AI/ML to eliminate opioid usage intraoperatively in over 12,000 surgeries. In this continuous process improvement project, Seattle Children’s utilized their real-world data to visualize performance, compare approaches, and adapt across patients, teams, and protocols.
